How do I find my Username, Password, or the School Code if I forgot it?
All of the above can be obtained, reset, or updated by calling or emailing the school office. This is a super quick and easy process that can be done over the phone.

How do I find Field Trip Information in FACTS?
On the left side of the screen click on “Calendar”. Once in the Calendar, find the “category” tab and find “field trips”. Once this is selected, you can flip through the School Calendar and all field trips can be seen.
How do I weekly events on the Calendar in FACTS?
On the left side of the screen click on “Calendar”. Once in the Calendar, find the “category” tab and find “SPPCS Events”. Once this is selected, you can flip through the School Calendar and all field trips can be seen.
If we have a change in family dynamics, can our FACTS account be financially “split”?
YES! We understand every family is unique. We ar here to help! Please let us know if you prefer a certain way to set up your financial obligations in FACTS. We will find a way that works best for your family.
What if I find a charge on my FACTS account that I do not understand?
Call the school office or email the school bookkeeper immediately.

Can I charge other school expenses to my FACTS account?
YSE! You can pay for the following through FACTS:

Can I add another child to my existing FACTS account?
YES! FACTS is set up so that you only have one account per household. You can continue to add children to your existing account.
