A little about me:
I was born and raised in Red Bud, Illinois, but moved my roots to the big city of Waterloo in 2015. I have been a teacher in the Belleville diocese going on 12 years, spending nine of those at Holy Childhood School in Mascoutah and beginning my third year at SPPCS. I love my students and spending English and reading time with them each day. My roles at SPPCS include teaching middle school English and reading, coaching soccer, girls’ basketball, track, and directing the Summer Splash program.
I am most proud of my family: my wife Mallory, my sons Crue (2nd grade) and Kase (preschool), and my daughter Cora (one month as I’m typing this). My hobbies include studying the art of the “Dad joke,” listening to an eclectic range of podcasts, getting swoll at the gym, volunteering my time and talents, and being an active Dad.
